To Order Art:

or FAX us your order. We’ll tell you if we have your art on hand. If we do,
we’ll notify you of the total cost including shipping.
2. If we do not have the art you want on
hand, we will make it for you. We will give an estimated shipping date -- usually between
3 and 6 weeks. We will send an E-mail or FAX regarding the day we ship your art.
To Order Custom Art:
We are accustomed to working closely with our art patrons.
We will send you a “Commission Agreement.” A deposit is required. We will
estimate a shipping date and notify you when your piece is ready to send. As soon as we
receive the balance of your payment which includes mailing cost, we will ship. If your
piece requires a crate, we will discuss special shipping arrangements with you.
For large custom pieces we will keep you fully informed as
the work progresses. We use a digital camera and will send you pictures.
Payment:
We accept checks and money orders. Art is shipped when payment is received in full. Shipping
occurs when your payment clears.
Returns:
We want our customers to be delighted with their Ballingham
art. We will accept all returns under our Satisfaction Guarantee policy for customers who
notify us within 14 days of receiving art. Customers pays return insured shipping. We then
refund your purchase less initial shipping cost.
